Leyla Nascimento, WFPMA President 2018-2020

We are delighted, after 42 years, to welcome the first female President of WFPMA, Leyla Nascimento. Leyla’s vision for strengthening the voice and influence of HR will help guide employers and workers through the quickly changing world of work.

HR is one of the professions that has long recognized and promoted talented women. Gender equity has become a key issue for business leaders, policymakers and the public who recognize that we can no longer ignore the contributions of half of the world’s population. HR can help lead the way on this and other emerging issues on the future of work.

Leyla Nascimento will be the WFPMA President from June 2018 to June 2020.
